- An excellent opportunity exists for an HR Advisor to take full responsibility for all HR functions within a small to medium-sized manufacturing business.
- The ideal candidate should have strong operational HR experience and a background in complex employee relations, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates should hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or be willing to work towards it, along with possessing good IT skills and excellent communication abilities.

THE ROLE:
The HR Advisor is the stand alone lead HR person responsible for everything HR related in the business. (ER, Talent/Rec/Onboarding/Absence management/Performance Management/Data reporting/Labour Planning/ Training/Coaching/ strategic HR working with senior stakeholders).
This role offers a great opportunity to take full responsibility for HR in the business and work at all levels.
THE CANDIDATE:
CIPD 5 (would consider working towards)
Strong ER background (capable of complex ER)
Strong operational HR background and capable at working at all levels across a busy business
Good IT skills
Excellent communicator
Capable of working in a stand alone HR role with full HR responsibility across a site / business
