IT PROJECT SUPPORTSALARY - £30,000 - £32,000 + BONUSLOCATION - HULLHYBRID WORKING - 3 DAYS PER WEEK IN OFFICE
Your new roleA Project Support / Project Coordinator is required to join an existing Project Team and play a crucial role for both the Internal Project Team and liaising with Key Customers. Through clear and regular communication, the Project Support person will ensure that customers are consistently informed about project progress. This role comes with Full Training and the organisation are willing to fund Prince2 Training as part of the career development on offer.
What you'll need to succeedCandidates who have already worked in a similar role would be preferred and candidates who have experience of the following key areas would be urged to apply:- Project Plans - understand the scope of the Projects and have a full understanding of deliverables and timelines- Previous experience of creating regular / weekly Project updates & reports. Be prepared to present progress reports, risks and any potential delays to Customers and manage these conversations.- Customer Engagement and an ability to be proactive with key accounts and assisting with Customer concerns are key to the success of this role.- Learn the Core Products that the Business provides - Full Training will be offered.- Ideally have used Project Management software like Salesforce to provide updates and track progress.What you'll get in returnThe role comes with a Salary of up to £32,000. The Office is based in Hull City Centre and you will be required to work 3 days in the Office.
