The salary ranges from £26k to £33k depending on experience, with a work schedule of 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering top-notch IT solutions? Join our dynamic MSP client's team as a IT Support Engineer! You'll work hands-on with clients, deploying and configuring desktop environments, ensuring seamless IT experiences whilst also getting exposure to some smaller projects around the network element like switches, access points etc.

What You'll Do:- Deploy, configure, and support desktop solutions for various clients.- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.- Collaborate with teams to deliver smooth IT implementations.- Provide exceptional customer support and technical advice.

Key Skills & Experience:- Solid experience in Office 365 and Windows Server- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software.- Understanding of Networking - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Experience with Windows 10 & 11- Previous experience in an MSP environment (preferred).

Location: HULL Work Pattern: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday Salary: £26k-£33k DOE
