This involves responding to queries from potential and existing candidates, contacting applicants to arrange registration and interview appointments, interviewing candidates to support provision of labour requirements from various clients, and providing essential administrative support as necessary.
Main Duties:
- Identifying new and innovative ways to engage with an ever-changing candidate market;
- Candidate attraction through various channels including job-sites and social media;
- Monitoring responses to advertisements, ensuring all interested candidates are contacted;
- Preparation of registration and induction documents;
- Registering and interviewing candidates, ensuring they are fully compliant;
- Applying for references for all temporary workers;
- Delivering Client specific inductions to successful candidates, where needed, to ensure they can start on assignment as soon as possible;
- Adhering with all necessary compliance and legislation;
- Scanning of candidate information to the internal recruitment system;
- Updating internal logging systems for such as EUSS;
- General administrative duties;
- General enquires and administration.

Relationships:
Responsible to: Resource Manager
Liaison with: PRS Head Office colleagues, Managers and Directors, other PRS colleagues based at onsite offices and other branches
Person Specification:
You will:
- Be fluent in English both written and spoken;
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Have the ability to deal with all levels in a professional, respectful manner with strong Interpersonal skills;
- Maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times;
- Be IT literate, particularly in Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative;
- Be able to prioritise to meet deadlines;
- Have desire, ambition and the commitment to be a success.
