As IT Support Technician, you will act as the first point of contact for IT issues in the business, and your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting all technology across the business
- Troubleshooting and resolving a range of IT issues quickly and efficiently, logging appropriately
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, and build and maintain relationships across the business
- Support and assist with setting up hardware andupgrading software
