About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented IT Support Technician to join a rapidly expanding Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Hull. This dynamic company has recently secured several high-profile client contracts, making it an ideal time to be part of their growing team. Responsibilities:- Provide IT support to clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing technical queries both remotely and on-site- Assist with infrastructure upgrades and new system implementations- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction and resolve IT issues efficiently- Maintain and update documentation for all IT support and infrastructure changes

Key Skills:- Previous experience in an IT Support role, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows, networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting- Familiarity with Office 365, network configuration, and general IT maintenance- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
