Role Overview
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME clients, handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business inquiries. Experience with Acturis is essential, as you'll be using it daily to process policies and support client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of SME clients across various industries.
  • Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and assist with new business opportunities.
  • Use Acturis to process policies and manage client records efficiently.
  • Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Build strong client relationships, providing expert advice and a high level of service.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Commercial Account Handler, a solid understanding of SME insurance policies, and strong Acturis proficiency. You'll also be a confident communicator with a proactive approach to client service.
