- Manage all administrative tasks for products within assigned source areas.
- Input and maintain purchase orders, shipment plans, and order data in SAP.
- Coordinate with team, suppliers, and shipping lines to ensure timely clearance and booking of shipments.
- Monitor shipment status, escalate issues, and ensure accurate documentationÂ
- Inbound shipments, process supplier invoices, and maintain container tracking data through to return.
- Produce weekly container updates and support ad hoc reporting.
- Support risk management efforts and assist with projects as needed.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to meeting KPI targets.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Highly organised with strong time management.
- Proactive, driven, and solutions-focused.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in influencing, negotiation, and cultural sensitivity.
- Adaptable, resilient under pressure, and detail-oriented.
- Geographically knowledgeable with good numeracy and IT skills (SAP experience preferred but not essential).
- Understanding of shipping documentation is an advantage.
