We have an opportunity and really good job offer for a Warehouse Administrator in a company within Hull.

Monday – Thursday 8.30 – 17.00

 Pay Rate - £13.50 - £14.00 (depending on experience)

  • Manage  suppliers on a day to day basis
  • Establish, develop & maintain good working relationships with all suppliers
  • Responsible for creating purchase orders for direct & indirect suppliers via purchase requisition or system driven requirements, such as MRP or other stock replenishment methods
  • Responsible for the expediting of all purchase orders for direct & indirect suppliers to ensure they arrive on time to meet our manufacturing requirements
  • Responsible for taking the appropriate action on all Supplier Quality issues via our non-conformance process & working with the supplier until each non-conformance has been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Work closely with all suppliers to ensure they achieve agreed performance targets on Quality & Delivery
  • Control, maintain & manage the correct inventory levels to ensure on time delivery to our customers.
  • Effectively manage slow moving inventory & dispose of all non-moving inventory
  • Develop & implement monthly schedules/forecasts for all key suppliers
  • Update & maintain all supplier details on internal systems such as lead times, MOQ's, order method & contact information.
  • Support & input into the daily production meetings
  • Responsible for producing the report daily – actions and feedback.
  • Contacting suppliers by telephone/email to ensure follow up – follow through for PODs (proof of delivery)
  • Discuss with stores manager for receipting and stock updates.
