This role is perfect for someone who is passionate and eager to learn and work closely with an experienced finance team.Job Summary:• Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls and emails related to accounts receivable and credit control, directing them to the appropriate team members.• Support and Resolution: Assist with customer enquiries and provide support in resolving billing issues.• Record Maintenance: Maintain and organise physical and digital records of customer accounts and transactions.• Credit Assessment: Assist in assessing the creditworthiness of customers and maintaining accurate credit records.• Collections Support: Prepare and send reminder letters and emails to customers, supporting the collections process.• Debt Collection Management: Administer and manage debt collection portals, ensuring accurate and timely updates of customer accounts and collection activities.• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operational teams to resolve customer queries and address payment delays.• Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents related to accounts receivable and credit control.Do You Have?• Previous experience in an administrative and customer service role, preferably within a finance or accounts receivable department.Does Your Skill Set Include?• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).• Ability to learn new systems, portals, and software.• Attention to detail and accuracy.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What’s on Offer?• Position: Full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
