Job Title: Catering Assistant
Location: West Hull Area
Hours: 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (shifts between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm), until the end of 2024, with potential to extend into next year.
Job Description:
We are seeking several enthusiastic Catering Assistants to join a public sector organisation in the West Hull area. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team while enjoying flexible weekday hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting kitchen staff with basic food preparation.
- Clearing tables, setting up for service, and tidying up after service.
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Washing pots and ensuring cleanliness of workstations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Catering Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
