MFL Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a part time MFL Teacher to work at a School in Hull, starting January 30th, and lasting until at least the end of the academic year. This is a maternity cover booking, and as such the full length of the booking is difficult to determine, and may last for an entire year. Payment for this position will be scaled on the main teaching pay scale, between M1 - M6. This works out as a daily rate between £162.31 and £223.62. This will be a 3 day per week booking, but the day off is currently unclear due to timetabling.

This role will involve teaching French to Key Stage 3 and 4 students. There is potential for a small amount of Key Stage 3 Spanish teaching as well if the candidate has experience teaching this. This school does have a large bank of resources and consistently share good practice, so the planning requirements for this position are minimal. Ideally they are looking for a staff member to take on the full roles and responsibilities of a teacher.

Located within Hull this school is easily accessible from most areas of Hull on via the car. There is a large onsite car park for staff that is free to use and there are always spaces. This school has a fantastic reputation in the local area. With this being a longer term booking, the school would be happy for applications from ECTs, and would be willing to look at putting the candidate through one term of their ECT.

  • Has experience supporting within UK schools
  • Has experience teaching French to KS4 students
