Are you a passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher with expertise in French and Spanish? GSL Education is working in partnership with a flagship Secondary School to appoint a dynamic Teacher to join their team immediately, on a full-time basis.

MFL Teacher Role Overview:
- As a French and Spanish MFL Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in both French and Spanish to students across various years 7 to 11.
- This role offers an immediate start and a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in a forward-thinking educational setting.
MFL Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality French and Spanish lessons that inspire and challenge students.
- Utilise a range of teaching strategies and resources.
- Monitor and assess individual student attainment levels, provide constructive feedback and support to help raise attainment across the department.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters enthusiasm for French and Spanish and promotes student engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the MFL department and across other subject areas to enhance teaching and learning practices.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and language-related events to enrich students' experiences and promote a love of languages.
MFL Teacher Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Specialism in French and Spanish, with strong subject knowledge and proficiency in both languages to GCSE.
- Experience teaching both French and Spanish at Key Stage 3 and GCSE levels, with a proven track record of successful GCSE grades.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment for students.
