Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients, counsel, defendants, experts, and other third parties.
- Support senior solicitors with their caseloads.
- Handle your own cases (dependant on experience).
- Collate and review documentation and evidence, including medical records.
- Obtain medical evidence and instruct counsel.
- Take witness statements and attend case conferences.
- Comply with internal procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner.
- Exposure to a variety of clinical negligence cases.
- Experience with CFAs and legal aid funded cases desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
