An established law firm in East Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Partner to lead its Hull office. This is a pivotal role for a qualified Solicitor with 8+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of the department and provide expert legal counsel.

Commercial Property Partner Key Responsibilities:

  • Caseload Management: Oversee a diverse range of commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, refinancing (including portfolios), development land transactions and agricultural land matters
  • Client Service: Deliver exceptional client care and a first-class customer experience
  • Commercial Approach: Ensure a strategic, commercially minded approach to case management and deliver positive outcomes for both clients and the firm
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and partners to set the strategic vision for the department and lead your team to achieve its goals
  • Leadership: Lead the commercial property team, ensuring high standards are met across the board, and foster a collaborative working environment

Commercial Property Partner Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years PQE with a strong background in commercial property law
