The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with experience in landlord and tenant matters, general property estate management work, refinancing, and/or agriculture. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities, with many partners having trained with the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Property Solicitor to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property cases, including landlord and tenant issues, property estate management, refinancing and agricultural property
- Provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years PQE in commercial property law
- Proven experience in landlord and tenant matters, general property estate management, refinancing work and/or agriculture
- Strong dedication to client service and excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
