Private Client Solicitor/Experienced Fee Earner

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Private Client Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a well-established and highly regarded firm.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of a diverse caseload, focusing on estate administration, while working within a supportive team and benefiting from expert guidance.

The Role:

  • Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, with a primary focus on estate administration
  • Oversee the full probate and estate administration process
  • Provide expert advice on estate planning and inheritance tax matters
  • Draft wills, powers of attorney and trust documents

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years' PQE as a Private Client Solicitor, FILEX, CLC, or an experienced Fee Earner.
  • Strong knowledge of probate, estate administration, wills and trusts.
  • A proven track record of managing a busy caseload and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving consistent billing.
