They’re currently going through a major growth phase, investing heavily across their operation, and looking to strengthen their engineering team with a dedicated Nights Maintenance Engineer.This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that truly values its people and offers clear routes for long-term development and career progression.The role:Working on a 4 on 4 off nights shift pattern, you’ll be responsible for maintaining production equipment across the site. You’ll carry out a mix of reactive and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring machinery is operating at peak efficiency and that downtime is kept to a minimum.Key responsibilities include:
  • Fault finding and repair of both mechanical and electrical systems
  • Carrying out planned preventive maintenance activities
  • Supporting continuous improvement and engineering projects
  • Working closely with production teams to maintain safety and efficiency
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • You must have completed a recognised Engineering Apprenticeship
  • Strong experience in a manufacturing or food/FMCG environment
