Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented finisher with a proven track record in new build housing?
We are seeking a skilled and experienced finisher / snagger to join our team on a busy new build housing site in Hull. This is a contract role starting immediately and lasting until Christmas.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed units, identifying and documenting any snags or defects.
- Carry out finishing works, including minor repairs, painting, and decorating, to a high standard.
- Ensure all units are completed to specification and meet the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating effectively with site management and other trades.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a finisher / snagger in the new build housing sector.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify defects.
- Excellent knowledge of finishing materials and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
