Our client is a well-established, legal firm. Due to growth, they are looking for an experienced Secretary to join their Commercial Property Team in Hull.
Purpose of the Secretaryrole:
The purpose of the role is to deliver efficient secretarial and administrative support to the fee earners and the wider team.
SecretaryResponsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and general administrative support
- Consistently maintain a focus on delivering the highest level of client satisfaction
- Handle incoming telephone calls and client inquiries, providing appropriate responses or actions
- Manage file retrieval, archiving, and the overall administration of the filing system
- Undertake additional duties that align with the role’s general scope and level of responsibility
- Use of digital dictation (Big Hand)
?The Perfect Secretary Will Have the Following Requirements:
- Experience working in a busy office environment (essential)
- Previous experience working within Commercial Property (beneficial)
