With over 30 years of success, Elliott Hygiene are on a mission to expand and need a dynamic Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to help drive their growth.
Imagine being a key player in a friendly, family-run business that's passionate about providing top-notch service to local heroes like authorities, hotels, and nursing homes. You'll be at the heart of their operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Location: HU2
Working hours are: 7.15 am to 4.15 pm
Salary : Depending on your experience, salary guidance £27,500 - £32,000
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and inspiring a team of warehouse operatives and delivery drivers.
- This role is hands-on position managing a small team, therefore leadership skills are key.
- Making sure all stock is received and organized perfectly.
- Overseeing the smooth picking, loading, and delivery of customer orders.
- Finding smart ways to improve our warehouse processes and make things even better!
- Working closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager to implement positive changes.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Experience managing a busy warehouse and delivery operations.
- A knack for spotting ways to improve efficiency and organization.
- Excellent time management skills you know how to keep things on track!
- Bonus points for experience with IOSHH and risk assessments.
- Most importantly, a "can-do" attitude and a passion for teamwork!
