Warehouse Administrator needed
Sure Staffing UK Ltd are looking to recruit Warehouse Administrator , for our client based in Hull, HU9 area. Our client specialises in contract manufacturing, filling, and packing solutions for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and healthcare products.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Ideal candidate for a Warehouse Administrator role will have:
- Previous experience in an administration role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment (beneficial)
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and logistics processes (beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties of a Warehouse Administrator
- Perform administrative tasks related to warehouse operations, including data entry, stock control, and record-keeping.
- Use SAP software to manage inventory, track stock movements, and generate reports.
- Support the warehouse team with order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
- Coordinate shipments, liaising with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Assist with stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure all health & safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards are followed.
- Provide general office and warehouse support, including filing, scheduling, and communication with team members.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in warehouse administration.
Shift times for a Warehouse Administrator:
- DAY SHIFT
- Monday to Friday
- 6am-3pm
Pay Rates for Warehouse Administrator:
- 12-12.50 (depending on experience)
