Job Title: Production Line Leader
Location: Hull
Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 plus Excellent Benefits Package
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts - 8am until 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team to achieve the production plan. Onboarding and inducting new starters.
- Report maintenance and technical issues to senior management.
- Work to KPIs on efficiencies and improvements.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Adhere to and enforce a "clean as you go" policy.
- Support Senior Management in implementing change initiatives.
