Maintenance Engineer - Hull
3 Month Contract
Salary - 25 - 28 Per hour depeding on experience
- An ability to read, understand and update electrical and mechanical engineering drawings.
- Experience of working within a team, with the ability to both project own ideas and add to those of others.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative whilst under pressurized conditions.
- Solid decision-making skills, able to advise production during breakdowns.
- HMI / PLC knowledge desirable. PLC interrogation /fault finding experience
- Good problem-solving skills including skilled root cause analysis.
- Have experience of repairing and maintaining manufacturing plant & equipment
- Electrical fault finding /diagnostic skills.
- Electrical installation experience
- Planned (PPM) and un-planned maintenance experience.
- Flexible approach to working with excellent inter department communication skills.
- Understanding Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
Experience/Skills/Quals:
- Qualifications which would be essential.
- The Maintenance Technician will have completed apprenticeship or equivalent.
- Must hold an engineering qualification NVQ Level 3 electrical or NVQ Level 3 mechanical or equivalent.
