In this role you will be working with apprenticeship to guide them through their apprenticeship. You will act as a coach, mentor and leader to help them navigate there way through their apprenticeship to be a fully qualified times served engineer.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a multi skilled maintenance engineering role and have an electrical bias.

You will be based near Hull, Scunthorpe or Grimsby and have some experience mentoring or helping team members.

This is a brilliant role for an electrical maintenance engineer to join a leading training provider where you will be a vital cog in the wheel and work with the next generation of engineers.

The Role:

• Monday to Friday 8-4
• Trainer role
• Working with apprentices to help them complete their apprenticeship.
• Home based role.
• Full training provided.

The Person:

• Candidates can live in a commutable distance to Hull, Scunthorpe or Grimsby.
• Have a background in manufacturing maintenance engineering
• Hold electrical qualifications.
• Wants to move into a trainer role
• Candidates that have had some exposure to training or have coached/mentored candidates are encouraged to apply
