- Develop new product designs using 3D CAD software (preferably SolidWorks).
- Modify existing designs to improve performance and efficiency.
- Conduct FEA, stress calculations, and design verification.
- Support production teams with design needs, including jig design and technical input.
- Generate accurate production drawings, bills of materials, and design reports.
- Liaise with customers regarding design approvals and feedback.
- Collaborate with the Design & Technical Manager on project actions.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering.
- Strong experience with 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
- Proven track record in a similar design engineering role.
- Knowledge of FEA and stress calculation methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
