Working for a large and successful Construction and Engineering company we are looking for an experienced Reporting Administrator to join one of their projects based in Saltend, Hull. This role is working fully on-site so no remote working option and you will need to be a driver to get to the site.

The role is a long term temporary position starting ASAP and will initially be until end of September 2026.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday - a 45-hour week earning up to £23 per hour PAYE.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on-site within a Construction Engineering company and if you have any experience working within Health & Safety this would be a big plus.

The main responsibility for this role will include:

  • Working alongside planners to pull information together to create reports
  • Run weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports - these can be based on scheduled changes, status reports and incident reports
  • Produce status reports for HSE
  • Help analyse these reports to feed back to the business

Requirements and skills

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the Construction Industry
  • You will need to have experience of producing reports and analysing the data
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office , especially Excel
