Assistant Site Manager Housing

Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance Assistant Site Manager in the Hull area. This role is due to start immediately and requires someone with a detailed housing background. It is working for a regional contractor and is to finish off the site.

Job duties:

• Manage and coordinate the dayto-day operations
• Organise and manage subcontractors on site
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress
• Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations

Experience required:

• Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS

• Must have detailed housing Site Management experience
• Must have experience with bespoke housing developments
• Must have strong organisational and communication skills
