Junior Controls Engineer | 30,000 + Training & Development

Looking to kickstart your career in control systems and automation? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing engineering company that will provide hands-on training and support to help you develop into a skilled Controls Engineer.

This role offers a mix of site-based work (70%) and office/home-based tasks (30%), giving you exposure to real-world projects while learning from experienced engineers.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with programming and commissioning of BMS and control systems
  • Helping to install and modify control panels in the workshop and on-site
  • Learning how to integrate control systems with electrical, mechanical, and irrigation systems (Modbus, Bacnet, Canbus)
  • Providing technical support to engineers and customers
  • Supporting system testing and maintenance to ensure reliability

What We're Looking For:

  • A keen interest in control systems, automation, or electrical engineering
  • Some experience or qualifications in electrical or control engineering (college, apprenticeship, or hands-on work)
  • Eagerness to learn and work as part of a team
