We are recruiting on behalf of a growing EdTech company that provides innovative digital workspaces and branded intranet solutions using Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint. As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies to drive engagement and new customer sales in the education sector. 1 to 2 days required on a weekly or monthly basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to get hands-on with both digital and traditional marketing tactics, helping the company increase brand awareness and generate leads through innovative campaigns. Excellent benefits on offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling content for various channels (website, social media, events materials, and more)
  • Manage and optimise the company website for user experience and SEO, improving performance metrics such as conversion rates and user engagement
  • Drive content strategy, producing regular, engaging content (e.g., e-books, articles, infographics) that aligns with market trends and business goals
  • Plan and manage participation in key industry events, ensuring the brand is effectively represented
  • Execute the company's social media strategy, increasing following and engagement
  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies, including digital advertising (social, search, and display)
  • Manage email and direct mail campaigns to nurture leads and convert interest into opportunities
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and stay within budget parameters

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to both digital and traditional marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality content across various platforms on deadline
  • Experience with CRM, CMS, social media management tools, web analytics, and email broadcast platforms
  • A passion for the education sector and understanding of its key drivers
  • Knowledge of Adobe design tools and Canva is a plus
