Job Description:
As an RGN working with us, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts, ensuring work fits around your lifestyle. You will be placed in a range of healthcare environments, from clinical hospitals to nursing homes and residential facilities where your expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
路Provide high-quality, person-centred care in a variety of settings.
路Administer medication and treatments in accordance with care plans.
路Monitor and assess patients' health, recording vital signs and updating care records.
路Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, care assistants, and support workers.
路Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory standards.
路Follow health and safety procedures and infection control guidelines.
路Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
Requirements:
路Valid NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
路A minimum of 6 months of nursing experience in a similar setting (hospital, care home, supported living).
路Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
路Compassionate, empathetic, and able to deliver patient-centred care.
路Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
路A commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
