Job Advert: Practice Nurses Needed in Hull
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Practice Nurses to support our Primary Care operations across our sites in Hull.
Available Opportunities:1. Block Bookings:
- Full-time hours available (37.5 hours per week)
- Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, weekdays
- Duration: For the next two months, with potential extensions
- Rates of Pay: Negotiable depending on availability and experience
2. Ad-hoc Bookings:
- Full-day shifts (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) on an as-needed basis
3. Long-Term Use:
- Potential for agency support throughout the year
- Conduct patient assessments and provide evidence-based nursing care
- Administer vaccinations, injections, and other clinical treatments as required
- Perform routine health checks and screenings
- Provide advice and support to patients regarding lifestyle changes, chronic disease management, and medication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health systems
- Support the delivery of health promotion and prevention programs
- Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, procedures, and relevant regulations
