Job Advert: Practice Nurses Needed in Hull

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Practice Nurses to support our Primary Care operations across our sites in Hull.

Available Opportunities:

1. Block Bookings:

  • Full-time hours available (37.5 hours per week)
  • Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, weekdays
  • Duration: For the next two months, with potential extensions
  • Rates of Pay: Negotiable depending on availability and experience

2. Ad-hoc Bookings:

  • Full-day shifts (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) on an as-needed basis

3. Long-Term Use:

  • Potential for agency support throughout the year
Key Duties:
  • Conduct patient assessments and provide evidence-based nursing care
  • Administer vaccinations, injections, and other clinical treatments as required
  • Perform routine health checks and screenings
  • Provide advice and support to patients regarding lifestyle changes, chronic disease management, and medication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health systems
  • Support the delivery of health promotion and prevention programs
  • Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
