Your new company

Hays Healthcare are actively recruiting for Practice Nurses to cover block bookings for a Primary Care provider with multiple locations in the Hull area.

Your new role

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be covering block bookings in one of three locations including a GP Practice and Health Centre. Duties will include but are not limited to the below

Phlebotomy
Wound Care
ECG's
Chronic Disease Management
Health Screening and Assessments

What you'll need to succeed

Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin
Have the relevant knowledge and skills in nursing procedures and general practice
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Have the ability to use information technology and electronic health records systems.
Right to Work in the UK (No Sponsorship)
