We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Offshore Administrator. As part of our service delivery team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellence in administrative support working offshore on a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off rotation.
 
Job Scope:
 
Join us in facilitating seamless offshore operations. As an Offshore Administrator, you'll provide vital administrative support to our Service Delivery Coordinator and Offshore Delivery Team. Your responsibilities will include liaising with various stakeholders, managing paperwork, personnel transfers, equipment deliveries, and logistical services. Your commitment to building effective relationships will be key to our success.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE/ 'O' Level (Including English and Maths).
  • Full GWO + HUET + Chester Step + UK Offshore Medical (or be prepared to get these certificates).
 
Key Skills and Experience:
 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Personable and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Previous experience in a similar fast-paced administration role essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 
Key Role Areas & Tasks:
 
  • Administration Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the delivery team, including managing offshore stores, timesheets, personnel queries, and logistics administration.
 
  • Personnel Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, maintain contact sheets, and manage PPE and tools issuance.
 
  • Other Duties: Assist with safety-related matters, finance queries, and contribute to data compilation and reporting.
