- 16 - 20 hours per week
- Manage the end to end payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of data and records.
- Process payroll and employee information in compliance with company policies, HMRC regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, management, and HMRC.
- Reconcile, upload, and submit HMRC liabilities online, including FPS, EPS/Year-End, and resolving any discrepancies or queries.
- Ensure all payments are submitted according to HMRC’s deadlines.
- Assist with other payroll-related tasks as required.
- Experience in payroll administration
- Thorough knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legal requirements
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team
- Effective communicator, skilled in managing sensitive and confidential information
