- Processing of multiple monthly and bi-monthly international payrolls using various payroll systems and international payroll providers
- Ensure employees are paid correctly and on time
- Assist in the processing of one UK payroll
- Deal with payroll queries from employees
- Assist the Payroll Manager with ad-hoc administration tasks
- Processing of UK and international employee out of pocket expenses for payment via payroll
- Minimum of one years’ experience working within a Payroll environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and complete work to a high standard under pressure
- Confident, adaptable personality with a positive attitude towards change and new challenges
- Experience of working in a large, fast paced business
