Salary: 27,000 Pro Rata

We arelooking for a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our clientsteam. If you have a strong understanding of payroll processing, attention to detail, and a passion for accuracy, we want to hear from you!

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the end-endprocessing of employee payroll, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant.You will work closely with the HR and Finance teamto maintain efficient payroll operations and provide support to employees with any payroll-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data and records held
  • Processing payroll records and employee data in accordance with company policies, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and statutory requirements
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees and management and HMRC
  • Reconciliation, upload and submission of all HMRC liabilities online such as FPS, EPS/Year End & any other adhoc discrepancies/queries.
  • Assist with any other payroll-related tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a payroll administration role
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant legislation
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
