About the Role

We are looking for a passionate HLTA to meet the growing demand in local Hull primary schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexible hours in welcoming, supportive school environments.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering lessons across all year groups following the Primary National Curriculum.
  • Adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • You may be required to plan lessons too.
  • Ensuring adherence to school policies and procedures.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Essential Requirements:
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent teaching/teaching assistant qualification.
  • Recent experience working within a primary school.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a commitment to supporting student development.
  • A calm, positive demeanor to enable effective classroom behavior management.
  • The ability to independently deliver lessons based on the class teacher's plans.
