Tradewind Recruitment is seeking to appoint a KS1 Primary Teacher on behalf of a school in Hull. This primary school is looking for a qualified teacher to cover a Year 2 class from January. As the role starts early in the school year, it will involve some planning responsibilities. The role is full time and longer term. The pay for this role is between £130-£225 per day

About the role:

  • Prepare and deliver engaging KS1 lessons
  • Implement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategies
  • Collaborate with the Classroom TA to ensure lessons are impactful and tailored to individual needs
  • Differentiate learning materials to cater to all pupils
  • Attend weekly staff meetings and contribute to the school's development

Requirements:

  • Must have UK-recognised QTS
  • Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
  • A positive and ambitious approach to teaching
  • A commitment to upholding and contributing to the school's ethos
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues, children, and external agencies
