About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Supply Primary Teacher to join our team, Academics ltd in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to work in a variety of schools across the city, inspiring young learners and supporting their academic development. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and ready to step into different classroom environments with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 1 and 2, following the National Curriculum.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, productive learning environment.
  • Quickly adapt to different school settings and understand unique school policies.
  • Develop positive relationships with students, supporting their educational and social development.
  • Effectively manage classroom resources and contribute to an engaging learning experience.
  • Complete any necessary marking and assessment to assist regular teachers upon their return.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in a primary school setting, with strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with students.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo the check).
