- Inspect incoming parts, components, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain and update quality, safety, and inspection records (QMS).
- Support calibration, maintenance, and health & safety reporting.
- Perform final product checks and ensure delivery paperwork is accurate.
- Investigate quality issues using problem-solving methods like 8D and 5 Why analysis.
- Previous experience in a quality technician role would be advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficiency to analyse, gather and evaluate information.
- Familiarity with manual measuring tools.
- Understanding of quality tools and processes (8D, 5 Why etc) would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, attentional to detail and positive attitude.
- Salary of £24,500 - £26,500 DOE
