Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Facilities Team, delivering exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with emergency evacuation procedures and health & safety protocols.
  • Maximise systems to manage vehicles.
  • Manage external contractors for maintenance.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and liaise with external contractors.
  • Assist general facilities support projects.
  • Verify that contractors on-site have necessary authorisations and comply with health and safety regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A full UK Driving License would be beneficial
