- Order Administration: Placing and managing purchase orders, addressing non-conformances, and maintaining electronic records to ensure smooth department operations.
- Supplier Liaison: Expediting orders, following up on late deliveries, and managing order acknowledgments.
- Supplier Analysis: Conducting data analysis on delivery performance, quality, forecasts, and participating in tender exercises.
- Supply Chain Support: Assisting the wider supply chain team, including initial part setup and administrative support.
