An opportunity exists for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a successful M&E Contractor in the Building Services industry.
The role involves managing a variety of projects, including Education, Commercial, Industrial, and Retail sectors.
Candidates must have a degree in Quantity Surveying and possess excellent communication skills.
The position requires a driving license and the ability to meet deadlines.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should ideally have some relevant experience, although recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join an established, sucessful M&E Contractor within the Building Services industry

This is an opportunity to join a small commercial team as a newly qualified Quantity Surveyor you will be involved in commercially managing a diverse scope of projects including Education, Commercial, Industrial and Retail

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor you will

Be involved in the preparation of tenders/estimates
Prepare variations/valuations
Liaise with site teams and maintain records
Assist with CVR’s
Be involved in finalising accounts

Our client requires the successful individual to have ;

Degree within Quantity Surveying
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines
Driving licence
