A nationwide Property Management company is looking for someone who has a strong passion for success and a willingness to progress. They need someone who has some demonstrable experience within the property sector that can understand the concept of property management.

The business has outstanding reviews and their reputation is highly indicated from their quick growth, internal progression and working with regional and national developers!

You will have an amazing training plan in place to help you find your feet easily and have the responsibility for a small introductory portfolio of properties, with colleagues at hand to help. Once all training is complete, you will only need to spend 1 day a week out on site, photographing and recording any jobs which will need to be completed through organising contractors.

Once successful, the company operates on a hybrid working environment so going into the office is only mandatory for around 2-3 days per week.

Salary ranges between £25,000 - £30,000 (+ bonus + benefits!) on top of an extra £3,600 added on for car allowance. Higher salaries can always be discussed if experienced.

As part of the training scheme, you will be given the opportunity to complete your first exams of the TPI qualification (previously known as IRPMs) paid for by the company! This will also lead to quite a significant pay-rise after completion! If you already have this qualification, this will be taken into account in your salary.
