The role requires candidates to have at least minimal experience, with a salary starting at £25,000 and potentially rising to £30,000 plus a £3,600 car allowance for those with ATPI or block property experience.
Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, managing lease breaches, and supporting the block management team.
Candidates should possess a driving license, good business acumen, and excellent time management skills, with a property background being desirable.
An ATPI (IRPM) qualification is a clear advantage for applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out site inspections
Dealing with breaches of the lease
Completing Section 20 Notices
Supporting block management team
Liaising with maintenance contractors

Personal Requirements:

Driving license
Good business acumen
Excellent time management
Property (or similar) background desirable
ATPI (IRPM) qualification would be a clear advantage

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: Starts at £25,000 for minimal experience rising to £30,000 plus £3600 car allowance if you hold ATPI or have block property experience.
