Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be partnering with a leading manufacturing company who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor for their site in Hull on a full time, permanent basis. This is a newly created, standalone Senior HR Advisor role supporting a headcount of c170 and growing. The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality products while fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment. As the company continues to grow, this generalist role will oversee all of HR, reporting directly into the Financial Director. This role offers fantastic career progression and the opportunity to develop into a HR Manager.

As a Senior HR Advisor, your role will include:

  • Review and develop company policies and procedures
  • Support and coach the management team on employment law and advise on all ER cases including investigation, disciplinaries and absence management
  • Develop the on-boarding process and improve the full employee lifecycle
  • Manage the employee benefits scheme and develop the company package
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including writing jobs ads, advertising, CV sifting, interviewing and selection
