In your first year, you will:* Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.* Create professional CV profiles for clients.* Work closely with sales teams to boost candidate placements.* Hit weekly targets and KPIs.* Earn commission at every stage of your progress.

You'll have ongoing guidance from your team manager, expert training team, and a dedicated mentor. Learn from the best in education recruitment as you sharpen your skills and grow into your role.

Upon completing your first year, you'll advance to a specialized Sales Desk and receive further training in:* Business Development* Margin Negotiation* Safeguarding* Navigating Difficult Conversations* Customer Service and Time Management
