- Manage, monitor and motivate a multi-skilled team of engineers, subcontractors and other construction experts.

- Take responsibility for particular activities or sections of civil engineering projects

Who we're looking for?

- Experience of allocating resource and encouraging a team to take ownership

- Commercial awareness and the ability to set targets in line with budgets

- A driving licence, CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification

- A track record of solving issues and to be a sound decision maker

- The ability to read technical drawings and information

- To be a great influencer who can build relationships with ease The flexibility to work unsociable hours on occasion.
