Account Manager

Carbon60 are currently looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join one of our market-leading and continuously growing Water-Industry clients, covering the Lincolnshire and Humber area.

The successful candidate will maintain and develop existing customer relationships, as well as generating new sales opportunities within the geographical remit.

Given the nature of the role technical understanding and system knowledge is essential, so ideally the candidate will come from a hands-on background within a relevant engineering environment and understand water industry equipment.

Salary and Package: Up to 60k p/a + Company Car and Fuel Card

Role Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with existing customers and prospects - existing service needs and sales opportunities
  • Create and execute sales plans, from quote generation to processing purchase orders
  • Manage both customer concerns and satisfaction effectively - resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Utilise support resources to both win and close accounts
  • Visit customers and carry out audits/surveys
  • Carry out appropriate water analysis/testing and reports when needed
  • Maintain strategies and implementation of sales / marketing programs to achieve sales goals within your assigned area of operation.
  • Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and Quotas

Role Requirements and skills:
